Healing through accessing the creativity and intuition that exists in each of us is frequently part of my work with clients.
I write and read poetry as part of my daily practice and believe in the power
of art and mindfulness to transform.
My style as a therapist is interactive and
non-judgmental. [home] [workshops] [therapists] Jenn Edlin MA, JD | 315 Sanchez St. SF,CA 94114 | 415.255.2547

The relationship between you and your therapist is the essential ingredient for a successful outcome in therapy. When there is a good fit, you, the client, feel listened to and respected by the therapist, gain trust in the relationship, and move towards greater ease and connection with yourself and others.
My clients are frequently parents, students and professionals who are struggling.  If you are feeling this way, together, we can work to help you reclaim the connection, balance and meaning you desire.
Prior to my career as a therapist, I spent many years as a lawyer.  My own career transitions and being a mother to two boys inform my work as a therapist.  My special areas of interest include career burnout, parenting/pregnancy/postpartum struggles, struggles in relationship, trauma, depression, anxiety, and general life dissatisfaction.  I work with individuals, couples and groups, and have trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.  I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University.   jenn edlin
