The relationship between you and your therapist is the essential ingredient for a successful outcome in therapy.  When there is a good fit, you, the client, feel listened to and respected by the therapist, gain trust in the relationship, and move towards greater ease and connection with yourself and others.

Do you struggle to find meaning in your work or your life?  Do you repeat hard patterns in your relationship or from one relationship to the next?  Have you experienced depression, low-grade unhappiness or anxiety for much of your life? I invite you to heal, connect & transform through mindful relationship.
My special areas of interest as a therapist are:

healing relational patterns

couples work & parenting

depression

long-term general unhappiness

career dissatisfaction

bettering professional relationships

finding purpose at work

finding meaning in life

anxiety

I hold an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from CIIS.  My style as a therapist is interactive and nonjudgmental.  My work is firmly grounded in psychodynamic theory and is often informed by mindfulness techniques, work within the therapeutic relationship, somatics and attachment theory.

"I do believe it is possible to create, even without ever writing a word or painting a picture, by simply molding one's inner life. And that too is a deed."- Etty Hillesum
